Puget Sound Energy’s new construction program, Next Level Homes, offers cash incentives for building single-family homes that provide exceptional energy performance, comfort, and resiliency. Homes that completed construction or were ENERGY STAR® or Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home certified on or after January 1, 2024, are eligible to participate.
