Birdsmouth Construction Banks on Zero Energy

Zero Energy Project (ZEP) Founder Joe Emerson interviewed Josh Salinger of Birdsmouth Construction about their business decision to focus on high-performance buildings and their latest push into a cluster of zero energy homes. 

This design/build firm in Portland, Oregon, started with individual zero energy homes. Now they are in the midst of the city’s first zero energy development. With more than half the project under contract, the future looks bright.
