New Incentive Program in Washington: Puget Sound Energy Next Level Homes

The Next Level Homes program is currently accepting incentive applications and recruiting Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Raters and builders. This program offers cash incentives for building single-family homes in Puget Sound Energy electric service territory that provide exceptional energy performance, comfort, and resiliency. Homes that completed construction or were ENERGY STAR® or Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home certified on or after January 1, 2024, are eligible to participate.
