  • This ZIP file includes updated V4 2026 UDRH for Oregon and Washington, and also take effect October 1, 2026
  • These UDRH align with the Northwest Modeling Requirements V26.0 and are compatible with REM/RateT™ v16.3.4

AXIS Calculator Updates for non-heating/cooling savings

The AXIS calculator will be updated to align with the New Homes Standard Protocol v3.1 prescribed by the Regional Technical Forum. Updates include:

  • Removal of savings for smart thermostats and dishwashers
  • Savings changes for refrigerators, clothes washers, and clothes dryers
  • Savings updates for heat pump water heaters: Tier 4 and split system models now eligible and some changes to Tier 3 savings

Above-code threshold requirement

Bonneville Power Administration has approved reducing the above-code threshold requirement from the previous minimum of 10% to 5%. Utility programs can implement this lowered threshold, effective October 1, 2026.
