Grace Weger, director of land acquisition and development at the Central Oregon/Bend-Redmond affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, received the Rising Star Award at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (NEEA) 2023 Leadership in Energy Efficiency Awards.
