Don't Miss The New American Home at IBS

For 2017, The New American Home (TNAH) and the New American Remodeled Home are both seeking Emerald-level NGBS Green certification. Both of these beautiful homes will incorporate the latest green and sustainable building materials, products, energy efficiencies, and construction methods to reduce their environmental impact and provide the highest quality of life for the occupants. Both homes are designed and built in the Lake Nona Country Club area in Orlando, Florida, by Phil Kean Design Group. Josh Kane, of Two Trails Consulting, is conducting the verification. Tours of the homes will be available to IBS attendees - register now to attend the show.
